Hank is a fantastic photographer and we are happy to recommend him. We had a very simple wedding at a friends farm, which he captured perfectly in the photos he produced. He made us feel comfortable and subtly took the lead at different times (much to our relief as we had no idea about what goes into getting the perfect shot!). So many of our friends have commented on how perfectly shot the photos were for the occasion, and that you can feel how happy the day was from the images...some great memories we will cherish forever. This guy, Hank, knows his stuff. His photography isn't the service, He is. I, Tim, personally have been to many weddings. A groomsman more than 6 times and part of 14 wedding days. But I can honestly say that Hank knows how to keep you in the moment and not take you away from what is happening. From the way he gathers information about your day to the final presentation of his work. Everything is super professional and yet highly relaxed. I have been at weddings where you have to spend all say smiling, posing and faking candid photos. But not with Hank. He was amazing at capturing the moments as they happened naturally. He didn't set up shots for hours on end or make our faces ache from smiling. Rather he inspired natural moments with conversation. He played a little music to keep the mood light and fun. He made us laugh and most importantly he represented us and how our day perfectly. I have included a set of photos that show off some of his results. We are so happy and while I am not planning to get married again I would recommend him to any of my friends. He isn't just a photographer. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Hank was so professional, warm and approachable all the way through the lead up to the wedding and on the wedding day. His photos are all so considered and he absolutely nailed the brief we discussed. He captured all the best moments of the day and we are so thankful for him providing such as great service.

Hank is genuine, intuitive, creative and so much fun to work with. From day one of our correspondence, the chats and FaceTime in between to finally the big day, Hank just made us feel so natural and at ease. He just has a knack for listening to our ideas of what we would like and incorporated that with his own unique style that made the day so intimate, and the wedding photos thereafter PURE MAGIC! Best of all, Hank managed to capture the spontaneity, emotions, and joy of nearly each and everyone of the guests.. not an easy task! Henry shot the first wedding at our venue, Mayfield. He was great to work with; extremely friendly and easy going and was able to capture the best light, focusing on the newlyweds but also ensuring it showcased the garden, ceremony, reception (Which we’re so grateful!!!) Since that time we’ve asked him to use it for our marketing material and they’ve created the look and interest we desired for potential newlyweds. He is a preferred partner of Mayfield - we can’t wait to have him back!

We really valued this pre-meeting conversation where Hank asked us questions, set expectations and shared tips on how to make the most out of the package we booked. We had a small outdoor wedding ceremony under covid restrictions and booked the smallest package with some additional hours on top - Hank went above and beyond by coming back to our venue to photograph us later in the evening because the light would be better then. That's customer service! Throughout our time working with Hank, they were communicative, professional, and friendly. On the day, their experience as a wedding photographer really showed. Hank instinctively knew how to capture moments that we didn't even realise were happening at the time. What we valued most about Hank - besides being a warm and amazing person - is that they wasn't just the photographer

We would 10/10 recommend Hank! He photographed our wedding in March 2020 and from our first chat his manner was friendly and relaxing but still professional and reliable. Some of our favourite memories from the day were going off with Hank after the ceremony to capture some special photos of just the two of us. He fit right in with our family and friends and made everyone feel comfortable. We were so happy with the end result and will be enjoying his photos for a lifetime!
