Great service! Got my full bond back.Very professional and cleaners took care of each and everything. Sunny was super easy to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

After reading reviews on their website, I decided to book them in as the cleaner recommended by the agency had travelled. They arrived 25 minutes late. The cleaners did not apologise for being late. They also refused to commence work until they were paid. After they did the cleaning, the house was left worse than before. Skirt boards were left with marks. The toilet rim was brown inside. Windows is not wiped down properly. Kitchen benches and floor not appropriately cleaned. Spot marks in the walk-in closet were not removed. I was assured that this would be rectified, but how will this be done when phone calls are ignored? My advice is to look elsewhere for a better service. Save your 628 dollars. Reviews are not legit as they probably pay or ask family members to write nice things about them. Seeing is believing, and they will pretend like they do not know me.

I can highly recommend 'End of Lease Cleaning.' They were professional but friendly, easy to communicate with and were happy to change the date booked as our circumstances changed. They were punctual and well organised. They did an excellent job, cleaning cupboards, oven, walls, windows and carpets. The Agent even commented on a job well done.Thank you to the team.

I just moved out of the property where I needed badly professional cleaners, a spill on my carpet at night! Next morning, they were at my door and gave perfect example of cleanliness.
