Placed a phone order told 20 mins to pick up. Got to shop.After waiting 10 mins was told there was no snapper so changed order. After waiting again, others were getting there orders in front of me. I asked where was my order and was told they didn’t have one. Cancelled order and got my money back. Wasted 45 mins and no food. Incompetent service.

Delicious fish & prawn cutlets. Very nice looking shop and friendly staff. However since it is right next to the Gold Coast highway, it was a little too noisy with all the traffic.

Not bad portion size of fish n chips and I also got a chiko roll. Once started no real ‘taste’, but thankfully I grabbed some takeaway salt to add to my $1 ketchup, and was ok… Nothing to shout about. I do appreciate not overly oily/greasy chips, but I more so appreciate good tasting fish n chips, if I’m going to treat myself.

A touch on the pricey side, chips were a bit soggy and they forgot the sauce.The fish was really good, nice thin tasty crumb.Recommend the calamari rings they were very nice.

Palm Beaches newest Fish and Chip Shop. A bit upmarket looking with all the sandstone but don't be fooled, pricing is very reasonable for the area. My first visit , so I ordered 1x Grilled Barramundi, 1x Battered Snapper, 2x Potato Scallops & 1x small(6) serving of Calamari. Both pieces of fish were of good size & taste, but the big let down was the Grilled Barramundi was all but stone cold by time I got home, yet all other items were still very, very Hot . I guess the chef Grilled first & put aside. Calamari was OK, pretty standard really as were the Scallops. I will certainly try again as they were friendly staff & there is plenty of seating inside.

They have just opened up and we have tried them twice so far. Their fish & chips were very good with great batter and well cooked chips. My wife and I also have had the burgers from there any were also very good especially if you like brioche buns. I highly recommend them.

Flake was rather small in size not worth the money the batter was not very nice and the fish was very dry. The potato scallops are not made fresh in house they are the frozen commercial bought in type not nice at all. The battered sav itself was good but the batter was awful. All in all I would say it’s one of the worst fish chip shops I have experienced.Also BEWARE I picked up a take away menu off the counter earlier that day so I could decide later what I was going to have but the prices charged were more than on the menu of which there were more or these menus on the counter. When I questioned this they guy told me they are old menus with old prices and the prices have gone up, yet these clowns still give out the old menus with the old prices. Not going back there any time soon. Be warned go there at your own risk.

They gave my family someone else’s order via ubereats… couldn’t tell what any of it was and it was so greasy so we ended up chucking it all out and getting a refund via ubereats.

we asked for extra chicken salt on the phone and when we picked it up, but the chips weren’t salty and were so pale & oily :(((

This is the best fish and chips restaurant. Everything in it is super fresh and worth for money. From the fish to the chips. The burgers are top quality as the meat is extremely juicy. Can't pick out anything bad about it. The staff are also amazingly efficient and friendly.
