SHOCKING customer service and professional culture. I was unapologetically harassed to cancel an upcoming appointment due to stylist demand (over 2 weeks before-hand). Several stylists also made another customer obviously humiliated due to their previous product use and it left me feeling uncomfortable and wanting to leave immediately.
