Choices Flooring Doncaster

I needed to replace my carpet and wanted vinyl flooring. Based on reviews, I decided on Choices Flooring Doncaster and met Mathew. I explained what I needed. Really wonderful to deal with Mathew - he answered all my questions and provided explanations and suggestions when I was unsure. My initial reason for going to Choices was to get my flooring but I was happy with the service that after my flooring was done, I asked Mathew to help with curtains. The curtain look beautiful. Fast installation. Overall experience has been very positive. Staff at Choices Flooring Doncaster friendly and very service orientated. Proof of this when I raised questions about parts of the flooring not meeting my standards, every attempt was made to rectify and resolve it to my satisfaction - no questions asked except to make sure I was happy and satisfied. My favourite area has to be my hallway - looks really good as per picture. Definitely recommend.

Our experiences with Choices Doncaster have all been excellent. We needed some new carpet and new blinds and our visit to the Doncaster showroom was first rate. Lots of samples to inspect and a sales person (Matthew Doyle) who really knew his products and was able to highlight the differences between styles and price points. Pricing was competitive and the installation of the carpet was done very professionally by Justin and it was able to be done over two different time periods. The new Norman" window blinds are brilliant. Very happy to recommend."

From start to finish it was a great experience. Matthew Doyle was wonderful in helping us choose our carpets. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable when is came to the measure and quote. No issues with the install. We are very happy with the result.

I recently returned to Matthew and the team at Doncaster Choices Flooring to carpet several additional rooms in my home, including a tricky staircase. They were helpful in the showroom, prompt with quoting and the installation job was excellent.

We just had hybrid vinyl laid in our front hall, kitchen, family room, bathrooms and laundry…and we are thrilled with it. When we first went to Choices Doncaster, Jackie showed us many samples and explained the differences of the products. She was very helpful and very pleasant. We were able to take home a number of samples to try in our house. She arranged for Andy, a very helpful chap, to come out a few days later to measure and quote. He advised which flooring would be best for our rooms and the edging that would be used. He was able to return the samples to the showroom for us and then got the detailed quote to us that same afternoon! After we accepted the quote and paid the deposit, Nick (who coordinates the work schedule) contacted us with start date and details of what would happen on each day and what time the team would arrive. Everyone arrived on the dot every day! Simon came to pull up the existing flooring and then Peter came to nail down existing under flooring and remove squeaks. (Two very nice chaps). Chris and Jake were the floor layers who were with us for 4+ days and they did an absolutely great job. When there were a couple of issues with uneven floors, they allayed our worries and did an amazing job fixing this…you wouldn’t know the issues even existed! Chris and Jake were extremely skilled and did a fabulous job…they were also the nicest guys who answered all our many questions happily. They were a pleasure to have in our house. Jay came to adjust our current carpets at the joins with new flooring – another lovely guy. Reuben, the plumber removed and replace our toilets…with a broken hand! Caulking was the last thing, and another professional job. During the six days, Nick kept in contact with us via text, email and phone to ensure everything was going according to plan and checking if we had any questions. Also followed up after the work was finished. Choices Doncaster had a special offer for area rugs, which Jackie helped us with efficiently. We are so pleased with our new floors and especially with the team who did an amazing job. All friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Choices Doncaster.

We had Jacquie Ball helping us with figuring out our new carpet/rug, she was great. Jacquie understood what we were looking for (essentially a large piece of carpet overlocked so we could use it as a rug in our lounge room). She provided different options for us, came back to us extremely promptly with information and prices. Jacquie was always lovely to deal with, friendly and very approachable.
