Rooms ok. Need updating, a bit sparce for in house goods.Clean n tidy. Poor signal,u can get lost easy on the floors.

Terrible! The hallways were dim and dark, no window or natural light to be seen. The only windows that were around were frosted and unable to be opened. The rooms were stuffy and it felt like I was suffocating. The smell was horrible, as was the leaning. Dust dirt and rubbish littered my room which had peeling paint and such things. Food was horrible, it was way too expensive. We had only TWO towels in a 3 person room, and the ‘Queen’ was two singles pushed together. I can’t blame them for the local youth, however, but they were loud and noisy. Our first room had no functional air conditioner. It made a racket and a stink if you turned it on, and not any cooling whatsoever. We had to move rooms. Even in our next rooms the water in the shower was ice cold or scalding hot, no in between. It was a dark, dank and overall unbelievably horrible place to stay. Avoid at all costs.

Do not stay here. No wifi (can't connect) and the fire alarms are so sensitive you can't take a hot shower without a chance to trigger them for a $1200 charge. AC is old and does not work well. Shower was either super hot or cold... Did I mention the wifi doesn't work..., at a hotel.

Great location with many restaurants around. They also have laundry facilities and the room is spacious. When we entered the room upon checkin, it had a strong perfume scent that perhaps was caused from the cleaning. The walls are thin so you will hear people outside and the bars disposing of their garbage. Other than that the location is ideal and the bed is comfortable.

Room next door had a family that was awake all night banging on the doors & walls & yahooing all night. At one stage, a female was kicking on the door at 4am yelling to be let into the room- I have cancer & just needed a good night’s sleep. I have to travel 7/8 hours today. I’m so not happy. Staff was amazing, however.

I booked a room here for my partner to spend a night in the city for her birthday as I was away for work. For $170 a night this room is not worth your time and money. The 'King' bed was two singles pushed together; joined by a fitted sheet with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The windows were frosted and unable to open for any airflow. And the bathroom cold water tap wouldn't turn on at all by morning so it was scalding hot water or nothing. Overall a cold, dark and unwelcoming space. This place needs work - Something you would expect in a hostel room for a fraction of the cost.

Location was good for us. Didn't expect all mod cons due to the age of the hotel but thought the shower taps could have been better regulated. Nowhere to unpack so lived out of suitcases!

Worst hotel ever!Super expensive and what you get is a shabby and dirty room that would have needed renovation years ago.It’s super noisy. Loads of young loud drunk people all week around that show no respect. So getting sleep at night is quite hard.Lobby and corridors smell like vomit.Vomit stains all over the black corridor carpet.
