Fun trampoline park with flip area, individual rooms and bigger trampolines to bounce your way along. There's a party room downstairs and space upstairs for parties too. A jungle gym area with slides and ball pit for younger kids too. Parking is easy. Staff are easy going.

Visited the centre yesterday for a friends little ones party, and the supervisor Tori was very accomodating with exceptional customer service and a friendly personality. Thank you!

This place is poorly managed and the party rooms are tiny out of the way and the one we were in smelt terrible. They are away from the play area tiny dank and dark. The day i was there for a kids party 4-7 year they let grown men jump and a guy pushed his son on to my 7yo son. No repercussions. When i mentioned to staff that mot a good idea to have grown burly men jump when 4 under 8 bithday party's on. (It was hectic) and that my son had been pushed over by an adult who pushed his teenaged so on to him i was told they could stay as they had paid to jump.Hopeless. I would Not recommend having a kids party here ever.

First time attending Gravityx and couldn't find any faults with the experience my 5 year old didn't want to leave I think the only suggestion I can make is maybe upping the jump time!

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday party with Gravity X. Tori and her team kept in touch before the party and ensured everything was organised. Everything ran really well on the day; love that snacks, food and drink were all taken care of! All we needed to do was bring party bags and the birthday girl and her friends! Thanks again!

A great time had by all, they didn't want to leave. Great friendly service. Nothing was a problem. We will be going back again.

Had my daughter's party recently. Of course kids have fun on trampolines. We opted for a hosted party. Unfortunately the host was not at her best on the day. Some of our guests also commented about this. Didn't meet the expectations. As mentioned in some other reviews, not a well organised place.I might take kids again just for jump, do not recommend for a hosted party.

We recently attended a birthday party for my son and unfortunately I had no choice but to bring my other son along as i couldn’t get a sitter. When we arrived, we noted that we were there for a party, so a pre paid wrist band was given to my son courtesy of the party host and I asked to pay for an additional one for my other son. We were told that they were fully booked out and that my 3 year old was not allowed to participate. This is very disappointing that there is no leniency for families in the same situation. How do you tell a 3 year old with autism that he can’t play, and have us sit there to supervise only. I watched as 2 other families attended with the exact same situation who were also there for birthday parties where only one sibling was invited and turned away. You need better policies for this in the future to avoid loosing patrons to your establishment.
