I had a pain in the neck Mercury outboard & Brett & Cooper did a wonderful job fixing it. I also recently did my boat licence here & they couldn't of made it anymore easier & comfortable. Ash is an amazing & patient teacher. Going out on the Broadwater in their boat with 3 other students was one of my favourite experiences on a boat. Ash made the lesson so enjoyable. I highly recommend KNP Marine for a reliable mechanic or getting your boat & jet ski licence .

Had Ash as a trainer for getting my boat and ski license. Absolutely killed it, not only a top bloke but an insanely good trainer.

Finished my boat and JetSki license today! Justin was awesome!! I struggled a little with understanding the theory and Justin cleared everything up for me and explained it really well! Thanks again! Can’t wait to be out on the water! Definitely recommend, great teacher

We can highly recommend KNP if you’re thinking of getting your boat or ski license. I had very little experience, my friend was more experienced. We were both put at ease with our trainer Ash. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging. Ash has a great balance of enjoyment, learning and real world experience. Again we would highly recommend.

I just purchased a replacement outboard motor for the boat. The team are friendly and helpful and a wide selection of preloved outboards to choose from. Prices were reasonable and include installation and warranty.

I bought twin mercurys off KNP mid last year. I had to pay someone $1000 to install them because I was too far away to use the included installation with purchase, but no reduction in cost was granted. They still charged me for delivery even though the motors were damaged during delivery and had to go back to be fixed which delayed install for a couple of weeks. I do not think I have been able to use them yet where there has not been a problem. From multiple failed sensors to a trim motor and now the stearing has seized.I have spent the last four months trying to get KNP to fix the stearing on motors I have not been able to use. Brett will not return calls or reply to texts even though the boat is now 40 minutes down the road.I did not expect the motors to run like new, I did expect them to be reliable enough that I could use them with confidence that I could get back at the end of the day.KNP honour the warrenty you sell with your motors or let me return them.ps shows how little they know about me. The stearing issue is in the stearing bushes of the motor not the hydraulic controls and I had a non trailable boat with no motors, how was I supposed to get 8.5 meters of vessel to you? Again you offer no solution to the issue with the motors you sold me that I can not use just ignorance and excuses.
