My partner and I have recently built a house with Monster Homes and the team were absolutely incredible. We were dealing specifically with Josh, he knew we were first time home builders and he made the process an absolute breeze. He stands by their motto we take care of the scary stuff". From when we started planning the house to getting the keys the process was fast and easy. 12 weeks in total and there is not one thing I can fault on this house. The quality that Monster delivers is superb. We will always be using Monster Homes for any future home builds."

Oh my gosh, if you are after a builder, do yourself a favour and ask Monster Homes to build your home. They are absoloutely amazing with above standard quality of work and their time frames are so much faster than other builders. They are very approchable with requests and changes and it seems like nothing is ever a bother. I had Jordan as Site Manager and he was amazing and asked me things to clarify which I loved being part of it all and Rod the owner is understanding of individual circumstances and happy to help where he can. Honestly these guys are the absolute best you can work with. 15 our of 10 for quality

We absolutely love our Monster Home! Monster were super quick, without sacrificing great quality. Our package was full turn key and included things like fences, driveway, landscaping and blinds. The staff are so friendly and easy to deal with and we never felt pushed into spending more than we were comfortable with. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Monster Homes are genuinely the best builders and project management we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked into their showroom and met Greg, who was just experienced and wise to take care of all the scary stuff (as per the slogan).. we purchased our land and the next day it settled they were onto the land to build.it was a hassle free build and we were in exactly 12 weeks, as promised, for a single story home (4 beds, dbl garage). The whole team were on the ball, Josh, Bec, Rod, Rob, Steve and Karl our onsite builder. Nothing to say but amazing crew and we pinch ourselves on the quality and speed of the home build. We love our Monster Homes and everything in it and outside.Everyone we have met and we say, Monster Homes, give us similar stories to ours. It is true, they are family business that truly care about your home.

Monster Homes built our 2 storey custom home in only a matter of weeks. The quality of our home is next to none, we could not be happier to be living in our own Monster Home. We recently built with Monster Homes and it was a very smooth process. They were efficient, friendly and kept on top of any issues that popped up. Our Site Supervisor was easy to talk to and came up with solutions when needed. Our build only took 3 months and we were kept up-to-date every step of the way. Monster Homes has very competitive pricing and their standard inclusions are generous. It took us 3 years to decide on our build and I'm very happy with our decision to go with Monster Homes.

Monster Homes have been absolutely incredible to build with. Nothing ever was a problem and they built an amazing home and the attention to detail was second to none. They worked with me to create a custom floorplan and everything was smooth and we are in love with our home. The Owner Rod was at our site numerous occasions to ensure the job was on track and also helped me whenever I needed it. Not many owners would show the care and dedication like Rod does. Monster impressed us as they managed to deliver an on time build in the middle of a global health pandemic (2021).We were amazed at the speed. The build was finished within 4.5 months of the slab being poured. Very good project management, and we were very happy with the home.Would recommend.
