I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half now, and the service and quality has gone extremely downhill. Absolutely not worth it anymore, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking to choose this salon.The staff appear to be so uninterested in what they’re doing, to the point where they make frequent mistakes. I’ve had this happen a couple of times now, so this time I had to take a picture.With no attention to detail, and simply rushing the infill appointment, the staff carelessly took skin off my finger. Did not acknowledge it in the slightest, and continued on with my nails. When I was done I spoke to the manager, and whilst my finger was bleeding in front of her, she looked at it and told me the wound was “small” and that I “wouldn’t be able to see it”. This picture (below) was taken the day after, and I had to go to a work event with my finger looking like this.No sympathy, no service recovery, no acknowledgement of doing any wrong. After coming to this salon for some time now, I’m in disbelief at the service. I would encourage anyone considering this salon, to reconsider.

I went for a pedicure and the service was great. $35 is a good price for a pedi with no polish. In addition they gave me a Xmas gift. Thank you! I’m definitely coming back :)

Got chrome nail polish and not only was the polish perfectly done………..I went home and accidentally ruined a finger chopping vegetables! Raced back to the shop and the staff were so kind to re-do the nail without charge! Such wonderful and kind service especially when it was my fault!

The manicure was fast and decent, the shellac was neatly applied, environment and location are nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Really wanted to love this place, especially because the staff are so so lovely. But unfortunately paid $50 for SNS just for them to last LESS than a week until they lifted and fell off. Really disappointed considering how much I paid, the staff were really lovely however unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money when I was told it would last 3+ weeks and it came off within 5 days.

The attitude of the staff member was not good, but it was Sunday afternoon, so I assume that has to be taken into account.The pedicure was OK and the end result on the toe nails does look good.For the Manicure the nail polish was not removed before the finger cuticles were trimmed and therefore could not be pushed back. The trimming was once again rough, so I said, stop and I would finish conditioning the cuticles and file my own nails and apply polish at home.When I said I did not want to pay the full price for Pedicure and Manicure they insisted that had received a manuicure and had to pay full price of $65.Not a good service

The ladies who I saw today were so lovely. I was quite embarrassed by the state of my toes and they did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way. My nail technician spent quality time making my feet look beautiful again . Thank you

I am always very happy with the service and quality of nails from La Diva, I have both acrylics and pedicures and always impressed with how well they last and the professionalism shown by staff.As a happy return customer I felt compelled to write this review as I am fully aware (being in customer service myself) that happy clients usually don't take the time to give feedback and unfortunately the unhappy (and usually very unfair and unreasonable) are always the loudest! A little reminder to keep this in mind when reading these reviews and also maybe a dual reminder to be KIND :)

I have been coming here every 3-4 weeks since moving to Brisbane 2 years ago.Service is great, professional and quality work but all the staff.The salon is always very clean and tidy. Would recommend!
