Do not use this company. It has been a year since my wedding and I'm yet to receive my wedding DVD. All methods of contact are continually ignored. They have failed on so many accounts and are very unprofessional in every single way. Your special day will be ruined if you hire this woeful so called company. They should be ashamed of themselves taking people's money and not upholding their contracted obligations.Terrible!!!!!Also Andy has a new business called Beers meat beer so steer clear of this one also.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYIf I could give this company 0 stars I would.My husband and I got married in March and have still not seen anything. We have had a lot of broken promises and have no idea when we will get our film. After seeking legal advice I have now submitted a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.It is not worth it, I don't know if they are just busy or poorly organised. Spend the money and go with a company that can manage themselves otherwise you will be heartbroken like I am.

Same old story, wedding in December 17, it's now June 18 and still no video! I have had one response from Andy saying Kate was sick and is in hospital so they are running a bit behind. After reading these reviews looks to me like another excuse! over 30 phone calls and emails since and not a response. Am i ever going to get this video? Looks like I am going to have to proceed with the Department of fair trading as well. Did anyone get a result..?

My friends daughter has just been scammed by these people and company. After they attended the wedding to photograph and video such a beautiful day, the bride now finds out there is no video or photos to be seen after paying quite a few thousand dollars. Company won't give their money back.DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

I am so disappointed in Katie and Andy! I would not recommend them to anyone. Andy was great to work with on the day, however since our wedding in October 2017 we have had bare minimum communication. The website states to expect to wait Atleast 4 months, it’s been way over that and I have emailed them and msged Katie on Facebook multiple times with only one response saying we would have it not later then the end of may. It has not turned up still!!!!!!

We got married on 11th November 2017 at Oatlands House in Sydney.We paid for our video package with Switch in full a whole year before our wedding day.During the lead up to our wedding, I must say Switch were very responsive to any enquiries that we had and were very helpful which made us confident we had made the right choice in hiring them.On our wedding day, the videographers were on time and very professional and everything seemed to run very smoothly through out the day and night.Again this gave us confidence we had made the right choice with hiring them.After the wedding as per the switch’s booking terms and conditions, We were advised we would receive our videos on or before 28th April 2018, which is 24 weeks after our wedding day. We were fine with this as we understand it takes time And effort to make something special which would be cherished by us for ever... if we ever receive it.Fast forward to today and we have lost all confidence we once had in this absolute disgrace of a business.About a month before the date we expected to receive our videos, we sent Switch an email as we just wanted to confirm everything was on scheduel as we were excited to relive and watch our beautiful wedding day on video... Switch never responded to this email.On 27th April 2018, 1 day before we expected to receive our videos, Switch sent us an email advising our videos were now going to be delayed 1 month due to “unforeseen circumstances”.They also apologised for not responding to our previous email and ensured us they would reply to us in a timely manner in the future.Switch advised us we could now expect to receive our highlight video on 22 June 2018 and our feature video on 29 June 2018... which is clearly 2 months late, not 1 month late as they stated.We replied to switch via email on the same day advising them that this was not acceptable and they needed to provide us with our purchased videos sooner then the dates they advised.Switch again failed to respond to us.On the 14th May 2018, my wife and I had noticed that Switch’s Facebook page had been deactivated. As this was quite concerning we sent another email to them requesting them to reply to our previous email and to provide us with our purchased videos. Switch again did not respond to us.22nd June 2018, the day in which Switch said we should receive our highlight video.We sent another email to Switch asking them how will they be providing us the video.As you have probably guessed, switch again has failed to respond to us and we still have not received our videos.Due to Switch failing to provide us with our purchased videos and also due to Switch constantly failing to respond to us, I contacted NSW Fair Trading on 25 June 2018 for some advice on how to hopefully resolve this.As per NSW Fair Trading’s advice, I sent Switch Another email on 25th June 2018 demanding they provide us with our purchased videos before 4pm on 29th June 2018 or an official complaint will be made against them with NSW Fair Trading.At the time of writing this review, it is 11pm on 26th June 2018 and I have still not received any response from Switch.To everyone that has read this review, Stay as far away as you can from Switch Multimedia as instead of reliving the most happiest time of your lives, all you will get is heartbreak and disappointment.Thanks for reading.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY RUINED!!!!I contacted Switchmultimedia Katie & Andy and spoke to Katie to request a photography and videography package for our wedding day in Ballina March 23, 2018. She was very welcoming on the phone, I asked if it would be possible to do a payment plan and she was fine with that.I was meant to lay down $1000.00 as a deposit but could only afford $600.00 as my grandmother had passed so it was a sad time for me. I hadn't received any correspondence or a receipt or tax invoice and I had to chase it up. Katie finally emailed it to me after 3 - 4 weeks. . Too long for an invoice. Katie explained she had a sick toddler which was why the invoice took so long. I called my cousin and asked for advice as I felt like the emails from Katie of we are so excited" and the no follow ups or nothing regarding my itinerary or timings kind of put me off a little. It's $400.00 for a cancellation fee with switchmultimedia and I had already paid $600.00 so I emailed Katie and asked to cancel my requested package and asked if I could have a refund of $200.00 as it states $400.00 for a cancellation fee. Katie did send me back my $200.00 so I'm bloody lucky to have gotten any money back whatsoever. I'm just glad i trusted my gut

If only my review could be like the two below. We are still waiting for a wedding video from March 2017. They were helpful before and during the wedding but since after the communication has broken down. We were promised multiple times that it would be ready the next day and then another time in a few weeks but still no video.The only recent correspondence we have recieved is if my wife COULD REMOVE OUR BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE.
