I deleted originally post as they got my inverter fixed under warranty. I had extended 10 year warranty. They originally said I didn't, but eventually found it.

they deserve minus 10 stars in reality. took 5 months to replace the failed inverter that was still within warranty and then the new one they replaced it with is rated at 30% less capacity that the old one so now the pv array setup needs to reconfigured. useless.

Be careful that they won't arrange technician in some areas during warranty period. It is bit harder to find one with good knowledge in their product and it may not work after servicing. It happened with the communication board and still the monitoring system is not working. However they were prompt to send the replacement part and refund servicing charge.

Negative 10 Stars!Absolute dogs!ZeverSolar Zeverlution 5000S inverter failed catastrophically - it sounded like gunshots when it went up!Lodge a warranty claim as it was still under warranty and requested a refund of the purchase price as per the Australian Consumer Laws.No response for weeks despite chasing and then suddenly a refurbished unit turns up without warning or organising anyone to install it.I again asked for a refund and for someone to collect the unit they had shipped. Still no response.Contacted SMA Australia and they were no help.Email Zever Solar again and CCed SMA in and threatened complaints to ACCC and Office of Fair Trading. Finally got a response saying management would review the request.Two weeks on and no response despite chasing repeatedly.Have now lodged complaints with government departments for breaches of the Australian Consumer Laws. Will drag them through QCAT if need be.Disgusting treatment and a black smear on their parent company, SMA.Will never touch an SMA product again as they do nothing to help the people suffering as a result.If you want a QUALITY product from a REPUTABLE company, go Fronius all the way!Fronius Primo GEN24 now installed and is pumping out 25% more production than the POS from Zever Solar.

I've nothing positive to say about the service from Zeversolar. Ongoing issues and nothing but late email reply's......repeated requests for same information...tone deaf emails and I'm sick and tired of hearing 'case will be closed' from them with no resolution...no help at all, just terrible.

Unit failed after 16 months. Still under warranty, it took 6 weeks for Zeversolar to send refurbished scratched up unit as replacement. We have to find someone to fit it but not having any luck. Unable to get Zeversolar to respond or get through their call centre.

Just over 5 years ago we had installed a Zeversolar unit with a 5 year warranty which broke down, was deemed not repairable and a warranty claim was denied. I strongly recommend you don't accept one if proposed by your system installer.

Worst experience I have ever had. Inverter stopped working shortly after installation so I lodged a warranty claim online. I have tried to contact the business multiple times via phone which then diverts to a message service, which no one has EVER returned my call. I have also sent numerous emails which they have repeatedly ignored. I finallly got a hold of someone via the phone and was told they are ordering in the product for replacement. Months later and still nothing. I looked at other reviews for the company and found similar stories. I wish I looked at reviews before purchasing with them. Beware of Zeversolar!

As per previous reviews. I've been trying for over 6 months to get a warranty issue sorted out. endless emails for what components were installed. You would think they would have that information on their invoice. I've emailed photos. installation documents , same reply we need inverter number"I was advised before installation it is not Chinese . well *^(%&^% me. even the app is Chinese. .So quick to get it installed and take the your money. no back up service what soever .Buyer be ware"

Buyer beware!!! As mentioned in other reviews, our inverter stopped working in less than 2 years following installation. We have called and emailed over and over and it has been a year with no support and exorbitant electricity bills. We are planning on contacting consumer affairs to report Zeversolar.
