I've been to Goodies for many times and the most recent a few visits were not very pleasant. Coffee was way worse than before and food took too long to be served. The staff at the counter seemed like don't know what she was doing and had no idea what's on their menu.I realized they just changed ownership and saw some new faces, I guess that's why....And, I saw the owner (I guess he is) really likes to point his finger to his staff when he's talking....don't do that mate, very disrespectful....

I have been to Goodies Cafe & Catering many time before, everything was perfect. Especially since they change to new coffee - Tim Adams specially coffee, I came to buy a cup of coffee before I go to uni and work everyday. The staffs are all professional and friendly all the time even when they are busy, I feel welcoming every time I visit the shop.

The lady asked us 3 times whether we wanted to ‘have here’ or takeaway, and she also asked whether we wanted a mug for our flat white. We got this when the order came out. I’ve never seen a coffee plated like this before?Is this the new ‘have here’? Everyone else got a mug that was sitting outside? Don’t understandSo confused. The lady at the counter also didn’t let me finish saying my order and she cut me off to ask whether I wanted takeaway? As I was saying I wanted oat milk in the flat white?Our ice latte also came in a plastic cup and not a glass.

Goodies Cafe is centrally located near Harvey Normans. The service is friendly, fast and efficient and they adapted the order to suit my taste. Everything was just as we expected.A lovely stop for breakfast or lunch.

The chai latte was spilt all over the saucer, our hot food sat in the counter for 5 minutes while the glazed-eyed staff wandered around aimlessly and finally came to our table luke warm, and the soft drink I ordered was never bought out. When I asked the staff I was told “oh you can just get it yourself, I didn’t tell you that?”. Food and drinks themselves were pleasant but the staff didn’t really seem to care about anything at all.And the table decorations had dried, smelly cream stuck to them. Gross!We won’t be back.
