Mick is a very professional photographer. We went with him for a couple of times for our family fotos and each time hi did an amazing job.

Micheal and his team were lovely to deal with and made it so easy to pay off our photos and we received them within 2 weeks after the final payment. I’m so impressed with the quality and workmanship of the frames as well as the picture quality, and am very happy that my first lot of family portraits have been amazing.Look forward to seeing them again when they come down my way again.Thanks micheal for your great work and communication

Booked in Dalby Qld, received 2 texts prior for us to be on time. We travelled 1 and half hour Sunday 7 May 2023 10 am had to find somebody as we were on time, only to be sent to a waiting area and totally ignored. Waited over an hour with no explanation or apologies so set off for home. Got home at 12.40 received call they were ready, where were we , man on phone so obnoxious but kept our money just a rip off

I'm giving one star as you have to give one as it's the only way to give feedback, but to be honest I would give it -5. So I get your a mobile photography service but from the start it was a experience I will never forget and I don't mean that in a pleasent way, there are ways to make your customers enjoy their experience in a mobile studio without feeling like you just stepped in to a budget photo booth. You all were very lovely people but I couldn't help but think are you just being overly nice because you realise all your false promises in your advertising is just a scam. Champagne on arrival firstly I didn't even get offered a glass of water, then there is the make up artist ok I get you say she has 20 years experience she may but as she told me only 3 years qualified it shows lovely lady but has a lot to learn after I seen what a mess she done with my mum's face , wrong color foundation for her , lipstick that look like a crayon drawn on her lips, I was very direct with what I wanted , I wanted full glam over the top And I got, well I'm not sure what I got not much at all, full glam would make your eyes pop I look like I just got out of bed. The whole process of the whole thing in that chair was a nightmare she apologise for doing my foundation first because as I know with experience in that you start with eyes oh I'm still waiting for my foumdation to be fixed. Then my hair she had a lady come during my make up so she seemed like she wanted to rush, ok so she suggested a straighter to run through my hair ok I understood I have shoulder length hair proberly easier took her less then 5 mins, no hair spray to hold it, it was ruined getting dressed I fixed my hair myself in bathroom, I just wish I thought to bring my make up bag to save the mess that was put on my face, even my husband commented when I got home what did you do to your face that was when I realised I wasn't over reacting it was bad. From that moment it was just uncomfortable and no set prices just tell us what you want and I'll give you a price. So if U are looking for a glamour experience this def ain't the place!!!

Purchased a voucher for a photo session including make-up and everything except the actual product which is fine. Then was told everything would be $800 at the end of the session. This was for a frame with 3 prints in it and 1 extra small print on some cardboard. When it arrived to me the frame was not timber as I was told and there was crinkling in the canvas print. This became a whole ordeal and eventually I got a reprint to remove the crinkle. Then when I asked about the insane pricing for such a mediocre product, I was told the product itself is probably worth about 20 bucks a d I was paying for the photography. So what was the voucher for then?!?! That was all included in the 1 hour photo session" voucher. Also interesting at the time the shop I went to to see them in had disappeared and a lot of their prints they use to advertise are of their own family.Such a horrible experience for what was meant to be a nice Christmas present"

Worse photos I've ever had taken.Was show nice photos on the computer.When I received them they looked nothing like the one I saw and what's worse is, more then $1000 was wasted of photos that should be thrown away or burned.

Worst ever photos terrible photo shop so so disappointed wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy should have just burnt my money.. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr rip offs didn't get what was ordered wrong prints the poorest quality they are that awful my friend's don't even know it's me. That was my 50th birthday present from my daughter..... I want my money back you rip off..
