Melbourne Period Designs

We engaged Melbourne Period Designs to design our home extension and couldn't be more happier with our ‘new home’.Alex listened to our ideas and his suggestions proved invaluable. I contacted Melbourne Period Design due to a recommendation from a builder I know to have some preliminary drawings done on a future renovation in Bayside. Alex was great to deal with, he came out for a site inspection to understand what we are working with and came up with ideas we didn't even think of. He drew up a few concept floor plans with 3D drawings, came back and presented them to my wife and I and they were amazing! Looking forward to getting full working drawings in the not to distant future!!

I approached Alex after having a bitter experience with another Architect. I soon started realising that hiring Alex was a great idea. He was very prompt in his responses and amendments. The price was reasonable and he provided suggestions to help with decision making. Unlike other architects, he does not get designs drafted overseas which means the work is turned around faster and is quality work.To put into perspective, Alex completed the working design process within 15 days. With my previous architect, I spent 1yr drafting floorplans with correcting errors of overseas draftsmen.I will highly recommend Alex to everyone I know.
