Great centre and staff! My child love to go in everyday, the staff and managers and really welcoming when You walk into the centre!

Great facilities, great teachers - a no brainer for working parents.

Really great childcare centre, the staff have been wonderful looking after my children who seem really happy there. Fantastic facilities for the children to play and explore and all is communicated through their online portal so you can keep up to date on what's happening. The staff seem to care about the place and the children and it shows in the facilities. The staff are really engaging with us and happy to share what they have been up to. The centre is really well managed and they seem to have everything under control. Happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for a child care centre for their children.

Our family love this centre!The professionalism and caring nature of staff is obvious as soon as you step through the door and are greeted by the leadership team. We love that the educators upload digital stories so we can learn about our child’s development. We love the chef who cooks with the children and is friendly with the parents. Great centre!

Such an excellent team at Newstead, every educator knows what my child has been up to each day and shows great care in what they do.

Overall a poor experience and very unprofessional.If the centre can’t get a tour right that you’ve given them two chances at then how could you trust them with your children?My wife and I had booked a tour on their website for a Saturday for which we received a confirmation text and email. We show up for the tour and couldn’t get up to the third floor where the centre is located so we wait around for about 10 minutes thinking someone may need to come down to get us given it’s a Saturday . After no one shows up we begin to think that we may have missed some instructions in the confirmation email so we try and track the email down to see what we have missed however no further instructions are apparent. After standing about for about 30 minutes we eventually call centre security who come down and let us up to level three where we find out the centre is closed while the floors are resealed!Upon calling the centre manager on the Monday we get an apology of sorts and how that date should have been blocked on the website, she checked and saw no bookings etc. etc. We decide to book another time on the coming Wednesday. After arriving about 5 minutes early and letting them know we were there for an appointment we were shuffled down to the room and put in front of someone who wasn’t expecting us and wasn’t really prepared. We asked the ‘educator’ showing us around a few times if this is what the tour usually consisted of and the reply was ‘you can book a tour online if you like’. This was obviously met with confusion by myself and my wife as they is what we were there for!! Don’t know if it was a miscommunication or language barrier issue but it just felt very unprofessional. I would have thought after the initial mix up and giving it another go the manager would have been keen to make sure it went smoothly but apparently not.Just in addition the following day I tried calling the centre three times to find out if what we received was the usual protocol for a tour and have a chat with the manager. First call someone answered and I asked to speak with the manager. Told she wasn’t there and to call back in 10 minutes. Second call about 20 minutes later goes unanswered and through to voicemail, unsurprisingly the voicemail inbox is full so can’t leave a message. Third call later in the day I manage to speak with someone however the manager had already left for the day.I feel like my wife and I are pretty reasonable people who don’t take these kind of things too seriously and understand that mistakes can happen. However, based on what we have experienced there’s no way I would ever send my child to this particular centre or recommend them to anyone we know.

We didn't realise how great daycare could be until we switched to Guardian Newstead. Our boys have loved it and we couldn't be more happy with their development.

Becoming a new parent is stressful and overwhelming enough, and especially if you move to a new country and continent at the same time, like I did. From the moment I enrolled my son, Guardian Newstead has been supported both me and my child so much. Absolute life changer to know your child will be educated, socialized, supported, and loved!! Everything from the amazing Greek chef and his fantastic meals (that my picky eater loves), to the nurturing and informative educators, and the vast space they have to run around and exert all their energy has surpassed all my previous expectations of what daycare should be. I’m so grateful for them! Anyone who enrols their child, can rest assure and be comforted by the fact that they will be greeted with a warm friendly smile at the entrance, and leave with a full belly and full heart, and stimulated intellectually to boot! Highly recommend.

My son has just started in the Bambino’s room and he loves it! I feel very comfortable dropping him off and I know all the wonderful team are going to take care of him! I get regular updates and he’s always so clean & happy when I pick him up!Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Guardian Newstead ☺️
