Horrible customer service. Called to ask for a quote to replace a certain part on my car. The man that answered the phone answered with ‘yup’ and then when I only had the full make & model number not car registration he sighed and replied with ‘fine I’ll do it the hard way’. Don’t recommend this place if this is how they treat potential customers.

My old Falcon was put back on the road thanks to Mark and the guys. They changed the brake booster and master cylinder in quick time. Fantastic service, great advice and affordable too.

I rolled in off the street with a commodore that had a bad oil leak and to my amazement, they were able to slot me in that day. I didnt even bother about asking about the price and expected to pay a lot. When the car was picked up the cost was well below what I expected. The service was great but what was important to me was that they had the time to listen to what I had to say rather than being treated like another number. Cheers.

An ENORMOUS thank you to Mark and his team for their exceptional service last week. I rang Mark after a google search and I’m so glad I did. I had a really loud noise in my car and felt like something was really wrong. Even though Mark was booked out 2 weeks in advance, he asked me to bring my car down and take a look. He hopped in my car, listened to the noise, put my car on a hoist and discovered my back wheel was loose! I have a 4 year old daughter and have to travel long distances on the freeway so I’m so thankful Mark was able to take a look at my car. Prior to seeing Mark and his team I had never booked my car in with him, but this is the place I will be going from now on. Mark is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough.
