Great product and great service! I have just started using the Belly Cream on my puppy and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Would recommend Bella-Maree Natural Dog Products without hesitation!

Great for my lab/border collie's random skin allergies/rashes, her breath and for her first aid kit! Love this product. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend.

This review is not on the product itself, but the customer service, or lack there of. I unfortunately never got to try the products. They were recommended to me by another bulldog owner to help with skin allergies and flare-ups for my pup. They ship from Australia, so most of the cost was for shipping. But I purchased two products and spent approximately 40 dollars. I never got an order confirmation or shipping confirmation and waited and waited... 6 weeks went by and I never received my product. I reached out to the email they provided. They asked if I wanted a replacement product or refund, I told them replacement thinking maybe it was just a fluke. They never replied. I sent another email, again they said they didn’t know why my order wasn’t getting to me and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. This time I said refund. They never responded. I have nothing, but a paypal receipt to refer to when it comes to actually making a purchase, and they took my 40 dollars with no explanation, and no product. Very disappointed.

Absolutely a wonderful product been using it on my staffie for a long time she had always had sores and itching all the time that was until I used this product my girl has no sores, wonderful soft fur and great skin. Bellamaree owner is also a really nice person to talk too. Recommend these products highly.

The products this company sells are amazing their communication however is not. I sent them a facebook message and an email enquiry through their website a week ago and I have not had any response. I wanted to pick up my order so I could start using the product straight away on my dog after my friend gave me a sample to try and after a couple of days of no response I ordered it onlineand even though I live 15mins away the delivery is not expected for 1 week after I placed the order.

My Lab x has some serious allergies to fleas and other unknown causes, spent hundreds of dollars at the vet and they just want to put her on drugs. Tried Bella Marie shampoo within a week it cleared up!!! No longer need expensive and nasty drugs to stop her from itching in summer!!!

I’ve contacted Bella-Marie a number of time regarding my purchase of just under $300.I ordered the 5L shampoo and got the mist instead.After hearing no response from Bella-Marie, I have escalated the case with PayPal.TIP: Checkout via PAYPAL if you are thinking of making a purchase.Be carful when purchasing from these guys, if your order is incorrectly shipped, they MAY send you a replacement, but they disregard your refund request.Bella-Marie it would unfortunate to see a rise in customer complaints due to unethical business practices because you do have a good product offering.This is the second incident I have incurred with you guys due to incorrect product shipment - there won’t be a third.

Used these products on my am staff and couldnt belive my eyes on the results. Thankyou so much bella_maree natural dog products. He is the happest iv seen him in 5 yrs. Will be recommending to my local vet whom could not believe the difference in my dog. Iv been going here for 5 yrs so she knows him very well. Thanks again bella_maree natural dog products ☝️☝️
