Not happy with them!

My family has purchased a home from this builder, unfortunately only a short period of time later one of the bedroom ceilings has started to leak water during rain.I hired a contractor to find the cause and he had found a substantial gap between the gutter and roof causing water to rush in the ceiling space, drenching the insulation, wiring and ceiling.As this is a new property, it is covered by a statutory warranty, when I attempted to call Excel Buildtec Homes to discuss a repair. I was promptly told that I would receive a call back. Instead, I have had my number blocked and attempts at communication ignored.I will now be seeking legal action against this company.In my opinion this builder is a dishonest, negligent builder. Out to make a quick buck by ripping off customers.
