The best store on the southern hemisphere. The sofa I bought from them is so comfy that I constantly fall asleep when watching Netflix. It's very good for drinking apple whiskey and eating potato chips.

We could not speak more highly of the team at Newcastle. Des and Clarence were absolutely wonderful helping us choose our lounge. They both spent so much time answering all our questions and their product knowledge was exceptional. They even talked me through fabric selections whilst I consistently changed my mind! Exceptional customer service and communication. Both so friendly and highly recommend!

Sales people at store are great, delivery crew great but since we took ownership of our sofa we’ve had issues and dealing with customer care is an absolute horrible experience. Our prestige leather sofa after just a few weeks started to bag out at the seams, our charge tables attached to sofa stopped working within few weeks and the prestige leather scratches so easily which we were assured would not happen! To spend this kind of money and have this kind of customer service afterwards is so frustrating. We are going on now 2 months and no further ahead with a resolution for our sofa. Really think long and hard before you proceed purchasing things from here as you will get zero service if you have issues with your product after delivery.

We have had the best experience and service from King Furniture Newcastle, in particular SARAH. The level of service Sarah delivers is exceptional, from coming into our new apartment to give us some advice to coming back once the furniture arrived to share our happiness with our choices is service second to none! If you are in the market for new furniture, I cannot recommend King furniture highly enough. I recently ordered a new lounge and outdoor setting from King Furniture and I'm so impressed with the service and quality of the products. Jess is an interior designer so her attention for detail is impeccable and was so much help in regards to picking the style, textures, and colours (the choice can sometimes be overwhelming).I cannot recommend King Furniture, Jess, Dora and the rest of the Newcastle team more highly - they were all incredible throughout the entire process!

King furniture took our full payment over a month ago with the promise to deliver. Unfortunately 2 days after taking our money we were advised our furniture would not be delivered for another month. So disappointed!This week received confirmation that delivery would take place yesterday. Took time off work, waited all day……no delivery, no phone call, no explanation. Waited on hold for 40mins before giving up and leaving voicemail. Still no response. Finally received call today to say our furniture missed delivery because it did not fit on truck. I am over the apologies, this kind of service is totally unacceptable. I will never buy from this company again which is a shame because it is such great furniture but the stress, inconvenience and frustration is just too great.

What an experience!I loved the team and the showroom! we love our KING lounge even more.Dora and Sarah were nothing short of amazing! nothing was too hard and they always went above and beyond with exceptional skill and design ability. Certainly not your average furniture showroom. I highly recommend you visit the Newcastle store.

I bought furniture back in 2020, the furniture arrived on time however I had a few problems with the delivery people, they were rude and disrespectful. I will be coming back but I would like a change for the quality of the delivery persons.
