Let me introduce myself, my name is Vass Manov, I have been a draftsman for over 10 years and designed over 700+ homes throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast. My parents are both structural engineers and deal mainly in commercial engineering and mostly townhouse. I mainly deal with residential designs and buildings. I work with many builders throughout Brisbane to design and council approve plans for new homes, extensions, carports and granny flats and I have never had anyone say a bad thing about my work until now.There are two sides to every story in regards to Mr Nav Singh. He got in contact with me through his uncle which I have designed new homes for him a few times and very happy and recommended him to me. I was willing and want to help Mr Singh with another project of his. I have previously designed his home office and he was very happy. He asked me again to redesign his whole house which is no problem.I went through his image of what he wants and I tried to design a concept for him but he wanted too much which cannot work with such a small house. I tried to explain that these things are not possible and extremely expensive to try to build a bachelor pad on top of a run down house with 8 people living in a 3 bed room small house. I didn’t like the project but I spent a lot of time measuring, traveling and presenting the existing house plans which I only charged $300 for all my time and work. He wants a refund but I can’t because of all the time and effort spent at a very low price and existing plans done and given to him to use.I have a lot of recommendations from many people about my work and how helpful I am including his uncle. I am very professional and willing to help anyone that wants to build a new house, extend their house, add a carport or add a granny flat.I am an honest, hard working person and happy to help anyone who is looking for a draftsman.

I had bad experience with Vass, I was referred to him by a uncle, initially I explained to him in details what I want and he mentioned that he can do my job and able to get me council approvals as well. I met him on site on 20th May and went through my project with him and paid him deposit as well. He promised me that he will do my job, but it's almost end of October and no plans done yet and I've called him many times and sent him few emails, but no response and Back in June he was saying he is working on my project drawings and he will get back to me shortly" it's october now and no response and he didn't refund my deposit either
