I was turned away because it was after hours, I said to the vet that my cat was injured and was told sorry we are closed. He didn't even ask me what type of injury , I find out a few days later my cat had a brain injury and a spinal injury due to a fall from a height she had been missing for 5 days and not in a good way, your empathy as a practising vet rather shocked me , bad day maybe , but nevertheless i won't be turning up there again after calling another place and a voice message stated you were an after hour clinic to be told oh we are closed Blacktown are open

Vets are knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities are a little old but the service is good. Our cats go here for all their healthcare and even for short boarding stays. The only downside is that we weren't allowed to see the boarding kennels before we made the bookings so can't guarantee the spaces are adequate.

Horrible service. I found a stray kitten with a leg injury dumped at a park. The lovely lady on the phone said they would be happy to take her in and look at her. I get there and huge surprise only males were in the clinic who then took one look at the kitten and told me to dump it back at the park, then they proceeded to tell me if I wanted I could go back and put food out. Will be permanently changing vets.

This is the worst vet that I have ever been to, and would not recommend this place to anybody.I would give zero stars if it was possible, because they they are the reason my dog is dead.My dog was having seizures in the morning and was not eating anything, so I took my dog to this vet, they spent about seven hours to diagnose my dog and kept on running tests because they said they were unsure and then they said that we needed take her to a hospital. Mind you this was at night when everything was closed, and the closest animal hospital was 30-40 mins away, which they could’ve told us hours before hand. However they made us wait there for seven hours until she couldn’t breathe any more. After we got out to take her to the hospital she couldn’t breathe, and was dying in our arm as we were trying to rush her to the hospital because she’s waited all day for this vet to do tests on her when he could’ve told us to take her to the hospital straight away as he couldn’t fix what was wrong with her.We were only five minutes away from the vet, so instead of going to the hospital we went back to the veterinary clinic and thought they could help us as she was having trouble breathing, and they wouldn’t open the door we could see the lights on and hear them inside, and they could hear us at the front of the clinic and they ignored us and our dog died in our arms. This place only wants money I would not recommend anyone to go here. Our puppy would still be alive today if we hadn’t taken her to this vet. She suffered for hours because they made us wait for nothing!!The worst vet I’ve ever been to, they should be shut down!!!

This vet is my local vet I would never take my dogs here. I found a dog limping down the road it was in a bad way visually it was plain to see it was also missing a large chunk off its ear. I managed to pick up the dog and googled the local vet and this 1 came up I called they said they would look after the dog so I took the dog to them so it could be helped. I then called back to see the condition of the dog and how it was they informed me it had been taken for a walk given water and it was sleeping I then asked if actual testing had been done on the dog Such as xrays and they told me nothing could be done without the owners concent. I truly thought a vets job was to care for animals not just water them and put them in a cage. Seems actual carefactor is zero. Then when I tryed to ask further questions in regards to the dogs welfare the lady said I was screaming at her and hung up the phone. The conclusion I've come to regarding the interaction I've had with this vet is there simply about the money. I truly hope that's not the case....

All vets are so friendly and kind. They explain everything in plain simple language and 100% do the most to make your pet feel comfortable. There is parking not much, as they are located on a main road, there is a spot for all.
