HAVEING MADE MY CLAIM WITH MY INSURER, CONTACT WAS MADE WITH JOHNS LYNG GROUP. OVER THE TWO MONTHS THIS TOOK TO RECEITIFY THE DAMAGE, THE TRADES THEY PROVIDED WHERE EXCELLENT. HAVING BUILDT 4 HOMES IN MY LIFE TIME, AND HAVING WORKED WITH ALL THE TRADES, THERE TRADES PEOPLE WHERE FIVE STAR EXCELLENT. WHERE AS THE JOHNS LYNG GROUP DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WHERE I HAD TO CHASE UP ALL THE INFORMATION ON WHEN SOMETHING WAS TO HAPPEN. I RECEIVED ABOUT TWO OUT OF TWELVE PHONE CALLS MADE REGARDING WHAT WAS TO HAPPEN AND WHEN. I HAVE RELAID THIS INFORMATION TO MY INSURER.
