Horrible service! No communication at all. My car is still not fix more than one month after being assessed and accepted for repair. I call them myself every time. They promise me to call back or send a message. Never happened. Today they moved the date of completion even further. Same respond - some one will contact you. I am done. Can't understand why their rating is so high!!!

Amazing experience with repairhub Banyo!! Had to take my car in for for repairs after the back of my car got hit in an accident. Car was ready to be picked up on the Tuesday after dropping it in the Friday before. Very grateful for the timely and professional service I received.

Can't tell you much a out this place, just sat in car while dropping off another car for insurance repair. Enormous shed with modern, spacious workshop. Ceiling looked like Batman's lair. Bit hard to find.

Excellent job and Company. Finished the job ahead of time. The Mitzi Lancer 'loaner' though...clean, tidy, started, stopped, no doubt value for money, etc, etc - but, you couldn't pay me to buy one...no feel good vibe from it and I've had Pajeros and the 3.5 V6 before

Very professional service, all front of house reception staff were fantastic to deal with.Vehicle finished repair was great as was the communication throughout.Vehicle was even cleaned prior to collection.Highly recommend Repair Hub Banyo..

Unprofessional staff(irresponsible). Rude man in customer service in the office. He will treat you like a garbage .Disrespectful talking over the phone.Otherwise for the repair job is great .

It was very frustrating when my 2 month old Range Rover was reversed into while it was parked at work. Up until then it still had that exciting new car feeling and I thought once it had been repaired it would just feel like another car. However the work that was carried out on my vehicle was outstanding and it felt like I was driving it out of the showroom again. To look at my car you would never know that there was major damage to it just a few days ago.I've had too many bad experiences in the past with insurance claims as we didn't get a choice in which repairer we had to use, and after going back 4 or 5 times the quality of work still wasn't up to scratch. So when I made a claim with RACQ I was dreading being sent to another subpar repair who I was going to have to argue with back and forth for weeks to try and get them to carry the work out to an acceptable standard. However, RACQ finally managed to get a quality repairer onboard with Repairhub! They carried out the work to the absolute highest standard with no fuss at all.I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that went into fixing my car or the amazing service I received from the team at RepairHub. I Was assured by the manager (I think his name was Sam) that they would take care of my car and the work would be done to the highest standard. He ensured that the work was completed in a timely manner and to the quality it was when it rolled off the line. I Couldn't be happier with how my car looks now and the level of customer service that I received was outstanding (thank you Sam!).

Quick with repairing my car and had a taxi ready for me when I dropped my car off. I was even able to drop of my thrifty hire car directly to repairhub instead of a thrifty location which was really convenient. Car looks good as new
