We had amazing service with Nic. So easy to deal with and made buying our new hilux a breeze. Can’t thank him enough for all of his efforts. As a whole Patterson Cheney are extremely professional in the way they go about business and made both myself and my partner feel extremely comfortable they did everything to ensure we were able to purchase the exact vehicle we were after.

Big shout out to Patterson Cheney Toyota and the mechanic there in particular Daniyal (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) for excellent customer service whilst assisting in RWC for my commuter van. The great atmosphere, great staff, and the coffee and waiting place really helps where I could do my work. This company is efficient with a great friendly atmosphere. I can see why they are in business for 30 years.

I have been dealing with Patterson Cheney for over 5 years now. and the reason I travel 80kms (I live in the West) is that every person I meet is an excellent experience. however, this post is a shout out to 3 specific people:1. Sarah Wyss : just a lovely person to deal with. Honest, funny and very dedicated to helping everyone she comes in contact with.2. Mark Oppedisano: Been dealing with Mark for over 4 years over email and phone and yet to put a face to the name. Mark is just excellent in providing the best service. He has never provided me with a false timeframe.and Lastly3. Justin (don't know his last name but from the Service Team) : Justin has been proactive in providing me with regular updates on the Vehicle with an issue which is currently in Service. The Vehicle has been there just 3 days but I've received no less that 6-7 calls from Justin updating me with the service and warranty status every step of the way.Thank you to all the people mentioned aboveThese are just a few people that keeps getting me back to Patterson Cheney and will keep me as a long term customer.

Great experience buying our company car at Patterson Cheney! Jim was so genuinely helpful, and Robert Sultana from the finance department was incredibly professional and attentive, the whole process was so quick! Greatest customer service received. Waited 1 hour to finish the scheduled service. Booked online. There is no need to call for booking. They will confirm booking by sms and will give a call two days before. Had a coffee while waiting. Not bad at all.
