It’s the second time i have bought lights here, a great store with friendly staff. I bought down lights, these modern ring pendants and some custom made lampshades. Everything the staff recommended worked out really well.

Great selection of products and prices, unfortunately their return policy is really bad, i ordered some items and needed them for a specific date which I was told would be fine, i'd paid for them but then they didn't arrive by the time my electrician needed them so i got some other items instead, they wouldn't refund the difference as it's policy, real shame

What an incredible Lighting Business!Our first impression when we walked into this lighting store after visiting quite a few stores was “Wow, Wow, Wow!” From the range on display, the variety in lighting styles, the knowledgeable staff and the music when we walked in all came together to create the perfect shopping experience for us!They not only made us feel welcomed when we got there but were able to assess our needs and sold us all of our lighting for our full on 27 month renovation project.From tiles to Tupperware, we’ve had so many delays in getting an email or simple information from other stores but Lightstyle was the only business that came through for us. Exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond our expectations from the start. Thank You Lightstyle!We can’t recommend them highly enough. They really were a pleasure doing business with from start to finish.

Beware customers. They have a hidden “no refunds” policy, despite the sales reps explicitly telling you otherwise. When we asked to speak to the owner, we were told that she “does not care about our first world problems”. Will be reporting to NSW fair trading

If i could give you a zero I would. Firstly, I came in for the first time to browse and for over 15 minutes did not even get an acknowledgement from the sales assistant. Despite this, I came back later and purchased a pendant which was displayed in black but not in gold and was told the item would be delivered from the store in ONE day because the item was in stock at the warehouse. On Monday, the item had not been delivered at which point i asked for a refund and was met by two very rude entitled individuals- the sales assistant and the owner. I was told I should have followed them up over the weekend as if it was my responsibility to do their job. Horrified that in this day and age, a store can't even get it together enough to follow through with their promises and if not, at least take responsibility for their actions and most of all, treat people with courtesy.

I had a very hassle-free transaction on my visit to the store. Great customer service and a wide variety of lighting options. Highly recommended!

I ordered a fan from this company. I was a little bit worried as the delivery was delayed. But the customer service section did all they could to ensure that my delivery came as soon as was possible and were very polite and and also very responsive. Highly recommend this company!!!!
