We were waiting at the counter to ask if they had masks because we were running low and we were standing there for a good 5 minutes and no one from behind the counter came over to us or anything. When there were 3 workers behind the counter that weren’t serving anyone already, anyway we walked away to try and find some ourselves. I looked back over and a lady had walked over and got served straight away. Anyway we had no luck and are not impressed with the service.

I have a broken eye socket & eye is swollen shut. I asked a very very mature aged lady who works there (mutton dressed as lamb)to show me the eye patches and she just flicked her wrist to a wall. I managed to find one, she then proceeded to ignore me at the counter, she finally rang it up and spoke to me very rudely. I advised the manager/pharmacist of the bad service and was told they are stressed with a lot of customers. I pointed out that there were no customers at that counter which would be evident on their CCTV. So if you enjoy VERY BAD customer service, I highly recommend this chemist.
