Such a pathetic service waiitng for atleast more then 1hour for kids pancakes and they were least bothered to serve the kids. Pathetic attitude and the boy standing at the counter was so dumb had no clue to how to check back end. Need to learn some work ethics and need to fix their customer service attitude also. The asian lady at coffee machine was igorant and didn’t wasn’t apologetic also but said it takes normal time. I wouldn’t recommend to visit this cafe 153 at all. If you are with kids and they want to have anything like pancakes pls its a NO NO. Atleast think of a wait time on public holidays for more then 1 hour atleast. Reminded them atleast by 3 different person to bring pancakes.ordered 10am for pancakes and recieved them at 11am. Training on Work ethics

A very average salmon bagel - fishy and not very good flavour, blue pancakes that you can find in any average hotel and surprisingly first coffee in Australia that is not to our taste, more North American taste then the coffee we love in Australia. I will look elsewhere, there are much better choices

A quite authentic and local coffee/brunch/lunch place on the Great Ocean Road.Simple and good creations for an “ok” price-quality ratio. Nothing fancy, pretty efficient.They are vegan/veggie options which is also pretty notable.

I had breakfast here. It was poached egg and bacon. They accommodated my request for white bread. They have excellent local fruit juice. There is good space between the tables. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Nice views from restaurant but breakfast was a little plain. They do have gluten free options which is nice for my family. Prices were decent.

Everything is “too hard”The only thing this cafe has going for it is excellent location and great coffee (ordered a mocha)… besides that, the customer service from the manager/owner woman is poor (rest of staff friendly) and food was very average.When ordering a big brekky, we were told sorry we’re out of sausages so do you want extra bacon. Yes no problem extra bacon is fine. Then when we say no tomato but just a few extra mushrooms instead (they’re the same price on the sides) but no of course that’s too hard that will be extra $$$ and too hard for kitchen to think about changing it. Strange considering it’s such a simple request and they’re the same price. Very disappointing.We were then still waiting for our breakfast to come out for a while and they are turning people away at 11.45am saying sorry we are closed despite their hours saying they are open until 2pm? Maybe due to them running out of ingredients…? Not very good business and very disorganised. Overall, a very disappointing visit to this cafe and for the remainder of our stay here in Apollo Bay I think we will try elsewhere for food.

Pleasantly surprised. Coffee was bang on. Not outstanding, but really good. Ordered the apple crumble pie. I liked it. Again, not incredible, but still good.Theres is a bucket tonne of seating here. You could honestly swing a number of cats in here with room to still hold a sit down lunch with granny. She’d be super stoked with the entertainment and service!Ill-be back!

I had the best omlette I have ever eaten in my life. I complimented the chef personally. Excellent breakfast but it was not peak season so you'll struggle to get a seat in holiday times
