Cannot speak highly enough about bens customer service! My darling husband asked me to pick a trailer load of sleepers up - and I cannot for the life of me reverse a trailer OR tie down a load that’s for sure, but nothing was a drama for Ben, he went above and beyond and loaded my trailer, tied it down and reversed my car and even have me a lesson on reversing! What a legend! A1 customer service today!!

I called up and was recommended the appropriate material of timber that I required for a job. I do not own a ute to transport the timber so I asked a friend to collect. Aussie Timbers simply used a forklift to place the wood on the ute and that was it. Due to this, we, as the customer, don't get to inspect or choose the product that we are paying for until they send us on our way. Upon inspection of this timber once at home, it was very obvious that I was provided with very low quality timber. Aussie Timbers were aware of the structural purpose of the timber that I required and despite this, provided us with wood that was not cut to the specified size, was not straight and was of bad quality. The difference in the measurement of the wood either varied by a centimetre below or above what was specified and what I had paid for. All six pieces of hardwood timber provided had excessive splintering, cracks and were overall in very poor condition. I was provided with three different types of timber, despite only requesting the one type. Due to time constraints as well as lack of transport, I was unable to send all these pieces back in order to obtain an exchange and was left dealing with very unprofessional pieces of timber in order to complete my project. Overall, this was my first time dealing with Aussie Timbers and despite the fact that they seemed helpful over the phone, their buy in store procedure seemed flawed and as for their product, I would not recommend it for any job. This experience has placed great distress on me and my project and I would have been better off getting my timber from Bunnings.

Aussie Timbers is a true old school quality timber supplier. Its where tradesman buy good timber.

Bought a small amount of timber in 2 separate bundles. I wanted to return one unbroken bundle 5 days later. I should have stuck to Bunnings where it was cheaper anyway.

I have purchased a lot of timber (mainly for decking work) from Aussie Timber and have found them to be well priced and supplying quality product, supported by sound advise and excellent service.Keep up the great work and thanks for your help!

Outstanding customer service from Ben and Kim!I was running late to get there before they've closed and the boys stayed an extra half an hour to help me with my purchase.They were very helpful and caring. Not for a second they've complained about having to stay longer because of me.This type of service is hard to find these days.I'd highly recommend anyone to buy from them based on my experience today.Thank you guys

I wanted to order some timber but it was all too much for the lazy guy on the phone. He lost you a big sale. Get some proactive people answering the phone who want to make a sale.
