I agree with the reviews here. Jay is fantastic and very knowledgeable about his BMW's. Had my X3 tuned by him recently. The car is a different beast. So much more responsive and smooth and the fuel economy has noticeably improved. The car drives brilliantly. Jay is so easy to deal with and very focused on making sure his customers are happy. I'll be back!

I had a very short window of opportunity and Jay and his team worked late to remap my Discovery 4 before I travelled back to Brisbane. Remap was done quickly but unfortunately couldn't do much of a test drive in his area however after about 2 months living with the remap I couldn't be happier. Pick up is phenomenal now with mid range torque and towing so much easier. On full throttle she blows a little bit of black smoke which I didn't notice before but I reckon that's normal with a diesel. She runs smooth as silk, tick over is perfect and i've had no warning lights or any negative effects of any sort. Most impressive is fuel consumption when driving gently, I can cruise 100KPH and get 5.7ltr/100km better than our 1.6ltr Kona!
