Coles Churchill

Excellent service by Tom. He helped me to load 2 trolleys of soft drinks and unload into my car. He declined an appreciation, saying it's his job and service. Great work, Tom. Thank you.

Been going to this store since it opened. But this visit was the worst experience, on 5th June at 2.07pm.Served at register 5. hoping with this info management will have a word with the attendant. No greeting or acknowledgement and added to that the scanning n packing was so reckless and unorganised. I made sure to put the stuff on the conveyer belt in order. I have seen trainees pack better than that. After this experience I don't feel bad using self checkout. Atleast don't have to deal with someone like her. She was all good, greeting and all before and after me.

One of the staff be really rude, useless and racism.It is imperative that she correct herself and treat everyone equally.The worst experience ever had.

Started going here about 4 months ago and it leaves the competition way behind in variety of meat and fresh fruit/vegetables. You can see staff are proud to work there by the look of their nice, clean uniforms and friendly, courteous behaviour with the public.

Coles at Churchill Centre is a large supermarket that offers a wide range of groceries and household essentials. Compared to other Coles stores, this one provides an extensive selection of products. However, during my recent visits, I noticed that some of the shelves in the frozen section were empty. I believe this may be due to the store's excellent location, which makes it constantly busy and in high demand. Despite this occasional issue, the overall shopping experience at Coles Churchill Centre is positive. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping trip. The variety of products available caters to different preferences and dietary needs. Additionally, the convenient location of the store within Churchill Centre and the availability of ample parking spaces make it a convenient choice for shopping.

I forever feel cursed at this Coles. A number of times I have gone there to buy a basic item like an avocado, rocket or rolled oats and nothing. Been told that 'it mustn't be available at the moment'. To then drive to a Coles 10 minutes away and find everything I need is annoying. This is disappointing as it is in walking distance for me, so it's convenient AF, but such a let down. Deli is half stocked too, and good luck getting a cooked chicken. It's a sometimes supermarket for me, but I will do myself a favour and only go there for non-essentials.

Love this store. Has a large range of items stocked. Staff are lovely and helpful when needed.However I find although they are open really early mornings, the bakery items are never ready until later in mid morning.

Coles supermarkets have a large enough range of goods for most occasions. Generally they are clean and the aisles uncluttered.At least this Coles still has some staffed checkouts.

I've been to this store a few times, and the stock level has always been satisfactory. There is a range of fresh products in the well maintained shop . The staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. Heaps of parking spots are available at the front.
