One of my regular supermarkets. I must shop at least 2 to 3 times a week there. Sometimes more. Know the place by heart. I know what I'm getting when I buy. I've come to trust the quality of the vast majority of the items I buy. Prices are good and there are always specials. The staff are for the most part friendly and very helpful when an enquiry is made.

I've shopped here as long as I can remember; I like the products and know the layout of the store which makes it easier to do my shop.The reason for my lower star rating are all the self serve checkouts. I can use them well enough but I like to converse with real people.It was fine when there was a dedicated self serve section. I often used it but the choice was mine.Just yesterday there were only two manned checkouts. Guess where the lineups were? I feel like we're being forced to use self serve, making shopping a soul less experience. Going by the line ups behind the manned checkouts, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

We have always shopped here but the last 2 times there has only been 1 manned checkout open. Do they expect me to scan $400 worth of groceries myself?. We spend over $15000 per year at this store as we have a large family. I might have to try somewhere else. Waiting 15 min for a checkout is ridiculous.
