Fantastic work !If I hadn't experienced it for myself I probably would have been sceptical of the service you guys provide , but the support you give is exceptional..I would recommend strongly to any jobseeker that you ask for ETC to be your provider ... the 6 weeks course i done was great and learn how to do interviews and resumes trainer was great and help me with computer skills and others great people in class Enrico 5 stars.

I had experience with teacher of age care Bronwyn two years ago. She was very awful to everyone, very high nose, was very uncontrollable, nervous and angry. Every one, please, be careful with this name . Thanks etc , they returned money back for bad treatment of students.

I could not be more satisfied with the services provided by ETC in Coffs Harbour after a combination of life and the pandemic meant that I reluctantly ended up on their books in 2019. I don’t imagine I was an easy client, mainly because having a Job Service Provider at 49 wasn’t on my life plan, but this didn’t deter their team of professional, helpful, empathetic and wonderful staff from getting me back into employment. .A special shout out to Kellee Morris who went above and beyond in arranging training, certification, equipment, financial assistance and ultimately a job. Two years ago I didn’t imagine a job service provider would end up providing me with services and a job, but here we are. Thanks guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enrico at ETC is an awesome trainer, during my course I gained knowledge, experience and confidence to put myself out there and apply for jobs.

My Consultant's name is Mitch.From the onset, Mitch was very personable to deal with and professional in all aspects of our interaction.Is he a good listener and showed empathy for me as his client, catering to my individual needs. He is not at all condescending and was realistic in understanding my sill set, experience, challenges and preference for work type.He was nurturing throuout my onboarding process within my new role which he introduced me to, and assited me in securing.He is very prompt in getting back to clients when they have queries and is patient in understanding, the process is new to them and he also seeks support from other staff when needed, to ensure that collaboratively, ETC provides a service that is not lacking in crossing the T's and dottting the I's.He is very approachable and therefore, clients are comfortable in dealing with him which is very important when going through the heightened stress of job interviews and processing of onboarding requirements.We actually had a situation whereby there were delays in my onboardiong process due to circumstances outside of ETC's and my hands, and he handled the stress of that situation professionally which kept my stress levels down also.I have interacted with many consultants over the years, both within ETC and within other employment agencies, and I can honestly say, Mitch is up there with the best.

Kylie from ETC is awesome she is always happy to help out with anything you might need. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable to ask for information you might need to reach your goals. I'm so glad to have her on my team she is always willing to go the extra mile to help out.
