My parents have been in desperate need of a new look in our living room. Designer image built us a new entertainment system which compliments the room perfectly. Stay away... I've read the reviews with some saying they have been excellent. From my own experience, I had 4 wardrobes installed and although they give good customer service, their workmanship is terrible.I had 3 installers come out to fit the wardrobes in. Only 1 knew what he was doing. One guy looked as though he was learning on the job and even asked me to help him!There was no check on their work from the company, even after I told them.The install itself is horrible and I regret every cent I paid them. All the bad cutting left huge gaps, and we're just filled with gap filler which ofcourse just cracks over time. I'm now stuck with horrible wardrobes, huge gaps, and screws protruding out. Shelves not even balanced correctly.List goes on.Even after emailing Paul, I had no response.Happy to show you pics, get in touch.Take my advice and look elsewhere.

We have just had Designer Image provide construction of new wardrobe doors and designer wall linings in our apartment. From the start of our dealings with Paul and his team we found them to be very professional, offering valuable ideas and design concepts. They were prompt in the provision of a very competitive quote and the actual work performed was top quality, carried out by very experienced and professional trades and completed in the timeframe as had been promised. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Designer Image - you will not be sorry if you select this firm.

There is not too much to say here, firstly there was no Design" in Designer and certainly no "Quality" in the Image.The project was stopped as it was completely unsatisfactory from every aspect. I then needed to fight Paul to gain "part" of my deposit back and make repairs to the damage done during the installation work.I have the photos and would be very happy to share."

Quality product with excellent service and price. Found Paul & his team to be very professional. Designed and installed a series of new large wall cupboards (suspended) and sliding robes in our garage for additional storage space. Very happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend.

This is the third time I have ordered from designer Image Robes. I had them build a walk in wardrobe, office bookcase unit and now a built in wardrobe. I am extremely happy with their service and workmanship! They are very knowledgeable in their design and construction capabilities. I would definitely order again from them.

We had Paul and his guys design a floating entertainment unit and re-configure an old bar area into a large storage and mini kitchen. The quality and price was top-shelf. Paul employed highly skilled contractors and was flexible with final design and tweaks. We love the work so much we keep staring at it!

We are so impressed with Designer Image Robes - from the first day we walked into the showroom and Paul ,with his extensive knowledge and patience, helped us design exactly what we wanted, pointing out possible flaws in our original design and giving far superior suggestions. He then tailored our order to suit our budget and 2 weeks later 2 friendly installers came and installed tg\he wardrobes. Honestly we could not have been happier with the outcome from Paul and his team. We had 3 huge wardrobes, one with a built in desk installed in our federation home in Randwick.They had to remove large old floor to ceiling bookcases and old wardrobes and then custom design each room to fit.Whilst it was not all smooth sailing, custom jobs like these with wonky walls, old skirting etc rarely are and the fact that nothing was too much trouble to adjust or fix meant I would highly recommend this company.We are thrilled and everyone that has come to the house says oh my goodness they look like they have always belonged here".
