We arrived as they were closing for the night, all staff still served with a smile. Great attitudes, took the time to create great subs not slapped together to get us out quickly.

There was an amazing tall, blonde lady working there and she made me an amazing Sub! She was so friendly and really made the customer feel welcome. I don't think I could ask for better service from her or a better sub.

Absolutely the worst subway. Every time I go I think it’ll be better. Old produce. Staff can’t even roll a wrap. Super small servings. Never had this experience anywhere else in Aus

Half my order is missing, I ordered a foot long and was given a six, I called up the store to complain and their reason was because they were busy, they have messed up my order multiple times

I come to this subway a few times a week and always order the same thing, time after time its made really well and I love coming back. Today however, I was served by Jake, who was super unenthusiastic, gave me terrible service and an even worse Sub. He didn't spread the meat over the whole sub, just in the middle where it fell from the container (a good 2 of empty bread on either end on the footlong) then put a 6" subs worth of lettuce

Worst tasting subway yet from the Cleveland store. There was enough filling but just tasteless, not the same as my usual order. I normally go in when i know my favourite workers are on because the young lady that normally serves me is amazing but this time I ordered online and when picked up there were new people. Spent $18

To the lady who served me today at 11am ( The older lady, I really wish I got your name) Your customer service was so refreshing, you were so calm and in no rush to get me out the door. Not to mention this is by far the best subway I have ever had. Good on you :)
