We had to contact the owner regarding our fridge freezer over freezing and he came to our home very quickly and repaired it. Polite and professional service and we would definitely buy from here again.

Went above and beyond with the fridge install. The fridge was too big for the door (my mistake) but owner took a lot of time and effort to remove the fridge door to get it in. So grateful after a stressful day of moving in to a new home with my 30 week pregnant partner. Thank you so much!

Bought a fridge and a washing machine from them a while ago, both refurbished, and they've been working perfectly. They were very helpful and efficient, and their offers are definitely value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very happy with my refurbished fridge purchase and service overall. I'd just gotten ripped off by a guy who came and looked at my old fridge for 2 minutes, said he couldn't fix it, then charged me a $150 callout fee; the fella from AK's offered to give me a free quote over the phone for any whitegoods faults I experience in the future. Good stuff.

Affordable and efficient! The owners were so compassionate and lovely as we had to delay delivery for 2 weeks due to COVID and health issues. I wasn't there for the actual delivery but my housemate and his friend both noted how friendly the people delivering and installing were. Also took away our old washing machine with no hassles. Highly recommend!

The owner is terrific! I wish to came here earlier before rushing here and there for other shops. His honesty, knowledge and easy going makes a win- win situation. We get things sorted out nicely within 10 minutes. By understanding our budget, needs, Jihan suggested us reasonably! 100% recommended!

100% recommend. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. We’re delighted with our refurbished fridge, in good condition and a great price. The delivery was top notch, the owner took the doors off when the fridge wouldn’t fit through our front door (my mistake) and was extremely careful not to cause any damage.
