I'm very happy with the support I have been provided by Sharbel in helping me find a suitable job even though I've been in Australia for just 2 years.

Would like to Thank Mina from the Broadmeadows office. Such an inspiration and caring person understanding the emotions, that come with trying to find the best employment for you, and to find fout you didn’t succeed with the job you applied, Mina would make you to keep going.Mina you have a heart for people you are a very good listener, follow up with phone calls especially during Covid last year to check that all was ok. Mina made me feel that I could call or email youfor any concerns regarding applying, resume, help etc. Mina your professionalism and care in your role is beyond words.We need more young people like Mina that take their work with so much dedication and will go all the way in helping people without work.Once again Thank you Mina.

Some of the staff are friendly. However, the job seeking aspect to anyone with university qualifications is a bad experience. They don't care about your interests or what you're qualified to do. It's clear they just want you in any job as soon as possible. Basically a useless agency for anyone seeking an actual career.

If I could recommend 10 stars I would. Special thanks to Sharbel, Mallak and Emma as well as the great team at Broadmeadows that helped my brother and I both get jobs within days of each other. Very helpful staff. If you treat them with respect you will have there respect to the point the Site manager Mary goes out of her way with her busy work load even after hours late in the evening. Till after 11 pm some time if I email her and I need to do something or ask a question Mary emails me back. Have just got a mobile from the Employment Fund General Account , National police check. and mobile credit Thanks Mary and the staff at the Broadmeadows site .

Sarina Russo broad meadows team helped me effectively during the time of crisis, I found them cooperative and encouraging. When I started a job, I was informed about the assistance available, which help me maintain a good image at work.I wish to thank the Broadmeadows team for there cooperation, support and encouragement through which I traveled successfully out of the crisis and now I find myself well settled in a permanent full time job.

HORRIBLE experience with Mina from Broadmeadows Sarina Russo. Makes things far more difficult than they need to be and treats people very disrespectfully.
