I called the shop in the morning and asked for the glass replacement ideally finishing by the same day afternoon due to the event in the evening. Viola was so professional and quick to finish the job. Fantastic service and I am happy with the result.

This shop looks beautiful ! My picture fell of the wall, so I came for a glass replacement. Matthias helped me to reframe it. He suggested art glass which came out perfect. He also gave me great advice for hanging to reduce the risk of falling from the wall.Highly recommended if you’re looking for high quality frames.

Went in on a Saturday towards their closing hour and spoke with Eli, he was very helpful, showing me any frame i wanted and gave his own recommendations. Ended up going with his recommendation and it was perfect, he told me it usually takes up to 14days for it to be ready, but the next day i got a message saying it was all done. Turned out amazing, couldn't have had a better experience.

Thank you to the team at Fantastic Framing Hampton, Victoria. Collaborating to frame what will become a family heirloom - 19 years in the making - was a most professional experience. Whilst large cross-stitches are notoriously challenging to frame, Eli's patience, persistence and passion to get the job perfect was a delight to encounter. One of my paintings I bought in Bali fell from the wall and the glass broke. Apparently the string on the back was too weak for the size of the painting.I came in for a glass replacement, the price was reasonable and they also gave me a stronger wire to hang it.Thank you Matthias for his advice on how to hang. Such a lovely and nice person.If you’re looking for a professional framing ! Definitely recommend here !
