Zammit Metal Roofing Products

I bought gutters through HMR supplies for the front on my house recently. When the saddles and ends to the gutters didn’t fit (too short) HMR and then I called Zamitt, both told me they where correct. Well my neighbour has quad gutters just like the Zamitt ones I ordered and caps and saddles are not short, they fit perfectly, and mine are up and are short.I need to complete the rest of the property now, and I wont be ordering Zamit again.

Very unprofessional and incompetent customer service. After I have paid my online quote and I said to the salesman that I will be there on the date we agreed he said to me that they are working shorter hours on that week and can’t stay open the times that are stated on their website and these are the hours that I planned to go after work. When I asked if they can deliver ( as my first quote had included a delivery in ) he replied back that they don’t deliver on that week. When I asked for a refund because too many things have changed without being informed in advance he didn’t accepted the accountability for the mistake and the inconvenience he caused. He said he didn’t made any mistakes. Unfortunately this is how you lose a customer. Gladly i will get my moneback after 10 working days or maybe later and then i can go finish my job

Great friendly old school customer service, sales staff was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my complex enquiry. I recommend physically heading over there if you have any custom flashing or barge cap requirements, they can basically make anything and very quick order turnaround.

I've been dealing with Zammit for 20 years now and have never had an issue. Rainier, Joseph and the team have many years of experience between them and that shows when it comes to advice. The staff are always friendly and helpful when needed. Will definitely be coming back for more supplies when needed.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.They guys are cheating on people's same thing did with me.I asked for sheets 760mm wide and 5/6m But they delivered multiple pieces at 760mm in length
