Bruno was difficult to deal with. Refused to allow me to test drive the car before I made an offer for it. I was annoyed to find that the front tyres had been replaced with very cheap, low quality Chinese tyres. Bruno offered to discount the price to compensate for this, but argued with me that the tyres were a quality brand. Following the test drive, I reported a chassis vibration, which I suspected was caused by a wheel balance issue. Bruno promised to attend to this issue before delivery. However, when I picked up the car the vibration issue was still there and was very bad at 100 km/h. I arranged to have the car inspected by a Bridgestone service centre; who found the front wheels to be massively out-of-balance (300 gms) and also found that the wheel studs had been over-torqued to the point of damaging the threads on some wheel studs. Bruno eventually reimbursed me for the wheel balance costs, but initially refused to provide new wheel studs because it was a 2nd hand car". Eventually

We had an issue with our car, the ECU was playing up. Called Paul, he got onto it and sorted it within 24 hours. Engaged the relevant manufacturer and they knew Paul. I can not speak highly of Paul and he is an absolute gentleman, Paul helped me and my family get on with our holidays during the Christmas break which showed us the devotion and respect. Bought a car from these thieves in January, wasn’t allowed a test drive, Bruno was absolutely and utterly rude over the phone and to top it off, I was sold a non roadworthy vehicle (inspected by an accredited mechanic). The vehicle was in very poor condition an barely driveable as well as the fact that I was sold a car completely different to what was described in the ad. The worst part is, they refuse to fix anything in the car let alone admit they messed up big time. They have ignored my last 3 emails and have my mobile number blocked. If anyone is reading this and contemplating buying a car from these criminals, I strongly advise you look elsewhere. They are just not worth it. Utterly pathetic!!!

Bruno, the 2022 BMW M4 Competition xDrive Convertible is 10 out 10!!! I purchased the M4 from Bruno without even viewing it in person as Bruno was always happy to assist and address any of my queries over a call or message. He saved me 1,000’s on the M4 and give me a very fair value for my trade in. He also assisted and organising the trucking, picking up my trade in and dropping off the M4 (NSW to VIC and VIC back to NSW). He made the whole transaction a pleasure and honestly going forward I will not even bother nor consider purchasing from any other dealer without speaking to Bruno first! He provided me a better offer and service than BMW!!!! Once again thank you for everything!!!

Paul was good initially on the phone answering questions which gave me confidence to drive from over an our away to test drive a car which i mentioned i wanted to do to also sent it through in my enquiry on car sales.. when i got there the car was in the furthest corner of the dealership blocked in by at least 6-10 cars so i couldn't test drive it. I told him i was happy to do something today because the car presented well and had full service history but without a test drive i wasn't comfortable in doing anything. he said we sell 50 cars a week here mate all my staff are off delivering cars and it looks like its going to rain so i cant move the cars out on my own otherwise i'll have to get them all cleaned if they get wet before i put them back in"Told him i'd be back the following Tuesday to test drive the car but didn't end up going because no follow up call and no contact prior to the Tuesday. They really must sell 50 cars a month because obviously doing a follow call is too hard and making sure the cars are clean is more important than customer service."

I purchased a $50,000 car from Paul at Ezee Carsales. The engine completely failed & cost me $23,000 to fix. I drove the car 1,400 kilometres in 4 months during my ownership. The car was 1 month out of warranty and Paul refused to provide any financial compensation what so ever. I am beyond upset with Ezee Carsales and their lack of accountability. I have tried on several occasions to come up with a reasonable remedy, however that was declined by Ezee Carsales. I would not recommend Ezee Carsales! I will be taking the matter further.

The team are professional and courteous and their range of cars are all quality. We recently sold our Mercedes Coupe to them as well and the process was smooth and the price they paid us was very fair
