Kudos to staff name Michelle, very accommodating, she stayed few minutes after closing time just to wait for me. I came a long way and couldnt come before closing time but she still welcomed me with smiles.

Customer service is really good! Had a really good experience there when I had to return something and they really looked after me. Pretty impressive customer service!Have always found staff helpful and patient and friendly! This is why I'm a repeat customer! Oh and plus their range is very decent and sales are great!

I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I went into Kathmandu as I generally wear their clothing. I was served by a short, plump brunette with a jolly laugh and red cheeks that kept me amused.She was keen to demonstrate the products they had and I left with an education. For instance, I didn't realise Kathmandu did an activity line of clothing for non-active people. The fleece jumper she was wearing looked warm and comfortable in XXL size and Cargo trousers in size 46 (which I never knew they did). The mannequin looked superb though.As we chatted, she told me she was a writer, despite writing the word colour" incorrectly and spelling my name as "Stevun" on the order details

We got some thermal undershirts here, good price as they were clearance, but really who would know.Service is good and the store is well set out.
