Tried the steak pie and it was easily the best I’ve ever eaten in Australia. Lamingtons are excellent and The banana tart was worth the hype. It’s easy to see the owner/ baker really cares. Family run (the guys son served me)Can’t wait to visit again.

Coffee was so weak I thought I was drinking hot milk. I also ordered toast - it was good once I had scraped off the 2 cm thick layer of jam. Overall, not to my taste.

Always love the pastries and bread here - their French roots influence is clearly seen in their products. Croissants here are buttery and flakey with nice layers inside. Their special danishes are always a delight to try!

Coffee was great and not lazily made. They had a wide range of food in both solid and liquid forms. I mostly purchased items that are less than $10 as I wanted to try a bit of everything.The bagel with cream cheese was a bit tough but the bread itself was nicely seasoned. The mushroom and chicken pie could be warmer but still tasty. And the Lemon Lamington had a great balance between all the flavours.Overall happy with my purchases and keen to try more. Just a bit hesitant to pay upwards of 10.

Ordered a tasty quiche and nicely balanced banofee pie. They both tasted of really good quality ingredients and thinking back i wished i grabbed one more thing. My friend bought a vegetable lasagna, which she also mentioned it was great. The customer service was great and the bakery seemed to be bustling for a Sunday morning. Will stop in again.

July 22 update: The takeaway flat white we had was terrible, bland and too milky. He made it in a couple of minutes. Quite disappointing. Can't recommend this. Fine for bread and pastries.May21 update: Still great. Had nice cakes and almond croissant. Also got a loaf of dark rye sourdough to go with soup.Nov20: It's true their croissants were great, crispy and the outside and soft on the inside. So good we decided to try their berry lamington and sourdough bread--both were amazing.

Definitely my favourite bakery in Sydney! We are addicted to their rhubarb puffs, banoffee and croissant, everything they make is just delicious.

Early morning trips seem to be the best as you can find nearby street parking.Great selection of pastries both sweet and savoury. Nice coffee too.
