Cant speak highly enough. Lisa is an expert teacher, yoga practitioner and class leader. Sunyoga classes are always inclusive and body positive, and Lisa creates a warm, compassionate and calm environment with her generousity, authenticity and soulful voice. This is the yoga we all need with a focus on aligning breathe, body and mind - not Instagram readiness.
