Auntie Grace has been amazing, so far, my 93 yr old Mum has been thoroughly looked after . The only down side was we couldn’t get a gardener but they’re amazing. ( Mum especially loves her Tuesday massage)

If I was able to give a minus I would. This company is quite new and are busy building a clientele. Their focus is not at a level at looking after your loved ones the way it should be.Fortunately I have my mother staying with me & still I need to chase them up if something goes wrong! I don't get paid to do their work, but I can guarantee with this company you will definetly get high blood pressure due to the stress!

My experience with Aunty Grace, whilst being for a very short time, was poor!! I made a request, via email, for them as well as 2 other Aged Care Providers to provide me with answers to some 20 odd questions so my sister & I could make an informed decision on which company we would contact for the selection as our mother's aged care home care package provider. Thought it was best to give each provider the same questions which we could then consider without becoming confused by discussing it with each provider by phone or in person. Apart from me having to chase Aunty Grace several times for a response, I finally received a phone call from them, some 3 weeks after sending my email, to state that they wouldn't be giving me their answers in writing but would only do so in discussions over the phone. My sister and I don't live in the same house and besides asking the 20 odd questions over the phone and us taking notes would have been confusing and would not allow us to consider their responses with that of other providers. Not impressed with their response and that it took them sometime to inform me of their decision. Given we have to make a decision by a set date, this isn't good enough. Hate to think what they would be like as an Aged Care Home Care provider.

I was with Aunty Grace for almost 2 months. They only take the fees out and provide no service.They do not return any calls back

Unfortunately l have decided too contact My agecare commission regarding lack of service for my elderly mother, l spoke with a fellow two weeks ago without any reply lm not happy and aunty grace will be removed from their service or should l say LACK OF SERVICE

I couldn't speak highly enough of the level of care this company provided for my parents and myself while my parents were living with me. All the staff especially our care manager, Erin O'conner and Melanie, we're not only highly professional but sensitive to the needs of my parents and of me. Nothing was too much trouble and they carefully guided us through the administrative process to provide us with the best outcome for my parents. We couldn't have wished for better carers that they provided for us. Gail, May and Beck were exceptional. I am the nominated person to look after my aged parents who live in their own home, but require assistance with the various chores around the house like cleaning/gardening/food delivery etc . They were initially with another Service Provider, but I was very dissatisfied with the level of service I received.After an elaborate search and in-depth review of the many Service Providers in Melbourne, I chose to go with Aunty Grace to take over the aged care needs of both my parents who are in their early 90s. And I am extremely glad I chose Aunty Grace to look after their care.All the staff at Aunty Grace are caring and compassionate and go out of their way to answer queries, get the services needed and keep the client informed regularly.The work schedule is always sent on time, and if there are any changes, I am informed promptly. Invoicing/statements are also sent promptly so I can keep a track of what money is left for any additional services needed.It is such a pleasure dealing with the staff at Aunty Grace and I would highly recommend Aunty Grace to anyone looking for an Aged Care Service Provider. I wish more Companies would provide such level of support and care and go out of their way to cater to the needs of their clients.Congratulations to Aunty Grace and all the Company's staff for such outstanding service.
