will not be going back their the women working was so rude refused to give me my money back after putting on a faulty screen protector and started rolling her eyes then proceeded to pretended she didn't understand English honestly horrible service

Got a screen protector on my s22 ultra. 1 week later it was moving off the screen. 1 week after that it had to be replaced. I went back into the store but was told the guy that does screen protectors wasn't there and to come another day. Didn't bother, went to fone king

Do not trust. Replaced glass on my phone, the new glass was cracked and glue all around and gaps in the joints when phone was returnedI said I wanted it replaced again but they refused stating they had no more parts and would not order in for me.They would give me a refund but also gave me my phone back in much worse condition (with non-genuine parts) than when I walked into the store. I would not trust them with your repair.Also, English spoken is very poor from 3 of the 4 staff I spoke to, this makes things difficult when you have a problem

Taigum Store -- picked up a couple of cases and accompanying screen protectors, no brand name on the cases. As I was unable to work out how they came apart (didn't want to break them trying) I went back next day and the gentleman behind the counter - whilst not very big on conversation - happily put the protectors on both phones for me and then each phone into their case. One of the two cases purchased seems to be a little misaligned but still works fine regardless.Would have given five stars had I gotten more of a feeling that I was welcome there (guy wasn't standoffish, just hardly said a word - hard to judge someone on customer service when they didn't really interact that much during two separate customer interactions).Probably also worth noting that their website currently doesn't work and is listed as suspended" by their service provider."

I received fantastic customer service from Wendy, who worked quickly and left me with a smile on my face. My Iphone had a broken screen, speaker and microphone which would have cost me $110 MORE if I had gone to a competitor. Extremely happy and would recommend to anyone.

Good price. iPhone 6 Plus screen replacement was $85 + $5 screen protector. The lady was nice and took around 40min to complete the job.Edit: after repairing the screen twice. Because the paint starts to peel from the screen in multiple areas (photo - top right) and the screen starts to separate from the phone. The price was bumped up from my original repair.Sadly, the girl who served me sounded like she didn’t want to fix my phone and sighed. I felt uncomfortable. She told me it will be a 2hr wait. Last time it was 40mins (different girl that time)I would suggest look around for a higher quality of work and screens. Because these ones crack really easy due to poor quality material.

Wouldn't buy from them again. Brought a windscreen phone holder and after not even a month it's sticky part has come off and the phone holder is useless now. When I rang they just said nope nothing I can do. Very disappointing that there is nothing that they can do when it's not even a mth old

Had granddaughterI ipad screen replaced . When we got it home the home button was moving around when I rang the store and explained that there was nothing wrong with the home button before have screen replaced that I would like it fixed ,wanted the receipt lucky we paid with credit as we have had other work done there we have paid cash with no receipt.Will not be going back to this store as the younger person is so rude.
