There is nothing better than discussing your problems with a trained third party that helps you think about solutions and challenges you to think differently. After being involved in a serious car accident I started having regular chats with Rebecca. I've still got a ways to go but I know I would still be an absolute mess without her guidance.No matter what your personal circumstances are, I highly recommend having a chat with one of the team at Berwick Psychology & Hypnosis.
