I am not satisfied with the customer service AT ALL!, Steve wasn’t helpful he laughed in my face when I was having a serious conversation with him,we distributed 25,000 magnets with your company AND ONLY GOT TWO PHONE CALLS.i done a little research myself and with all the 3 phone numbers I called they all stated they didn’t receive an envelope with our fridge magnet in it.I want to be reimbursed for wasting my money and time! Also we got a call stating a 10 year old boy was handing out the magnets alone,this is illegal work. With the 5,000 magnets that you guys didn’t distribute,no one updated or called me to let me know it wasn’t sent out with the rest of the 25,000.I want my money back also for these magnets that weren’t handed out I will definitely take this further if the issue isn’t solved. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DEFINITELY DONT DEAL WITH STEVEN CAIPILLI
