I heard an ad regarding discounts on installation of EV chargers and reached out to Josh in mid March. There was an initial delay in response due to leave, we arranged a time three weeks later to attend and quote.On the day, 20 minutes past the booked time I reached out and he responded to say he would be an hour late. Apology was offered for the lack of communications.Both of the above are reasonable and understandable.We discussed my requirements including an EV charger, black out system and battery. He spent some time explaining some of the intricacies.He said he would get back to me with a quote.I have followed up by phone and text several times in the now 7 weeks since site visit. I have had one response to say that he was waiting on a quote from the supplier, nothing in the 4 weeks since, despite me following up.This has been a complete waste of my time. If you don’t want to do the work, or can’t do the work, say so. This way people don’t waste their time following up.I like to support small business, and this was my intent and why I was being so patient.Not a good start for a first review on Google. Hope it improves from here.
