Looking for an new home we discovered the build was not only poor quality but the work onsite almost caused an accident. It seems the construction is based on profit and not end user value. Wendy has not been professional and lied to us regarding a number of aspects just to secure a sale we were lucky and never put a pen mark on contract. Worksite are empty but friend told me deposit are taken before anything is completed and does not appear the same as the advertised listing they are a shell company buyer beware using 2nd rate trades. No roof in almost 3 years rust and rot plaster painted over
