My work van was overheating and had been off the road for 2 weeks... Then my mechanic referred me to Thompson's and within 2 business days James had diagnosed and found the issue, ordered my part and then installed and tested. Result... I needed a fuel tank repaired on my classic car. I was impressed by the repair job and John took a lot of pride in his work. I would gladly recommend to others.

These people are either incompetent or plain dishonest! Took my vehicle in to have work done on the radiator and to have a full system flush and coolant replaced. Six months later the radiatorcoolant was filthy, clearly they did not flush and replace the coolant but charged me for it. Had to flush and refill the system myself. It has now been over three years and the coolant I put in is clean as a whistle. Avoid at all cost or risk getting ripped off!
